Hi, I’m Helen Marie. Welcome to True Life Harmony.

I learned the life changing effects of hypnotherapy many years ago. Once I experienced it for myself, I knew I had to share with others. You can experience the kind of transformation I’ve had.

True Life Harmony started as a way help others become the person they want to be. To wake up happy every day. To have the motivation and desire to take on challenges. To be the best person you can be and live the life you desire.

My time is devoted to learning everything available on how to heal through hypnotherapy in the shortest time possible. How to use the power of your brain and body to thrive. To be in a constant state of growth.

My Journey

My journey to hypnotherapy started over a decade ago. At the time, I had a busy life with three young kids. I was struggling with a short temper, a lot of stress, and not enjoying what should have been a wonderful time in my life. It would lead to anxiety and periodically depression. I had struggled with low self esteem in my early 20’s and had started to second guess myself regularly.

The stress took it’s toll on my body and I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. If you’re not familiar with Crohn’s, it’s an autoimmune disorder where your body starts to attack itself, creating inflammation and sores in my small intestine. The cause is unknown, but stress is a major factor in disease, I’m positive, it was brought on by my stress level.

As often happens with someone in my situation, I was blaming my issues on my upbringing, my situation, or what was happening that day. I wasn’t taking responsibility for myself. Nor was I letting myself off the hook. I knew I had to do better, but wasn’t sure how.

I was determined to change my daily outcome and decrease my stress.

I began reading any book I could get my hands on which would help me figure out what I to do differently.  I wanted to enjoy my life, to be grateful for what I had, and also be healthy for the future of my family.

Each book I read filled in another piece of the puzzle. I eventually came across a book on how to change my thoughts. How to ‘talk to my brain.’

This was my ‘lightbulb’ moment. I realized the source of the problem was what I was saying to myself.

That’s when I found hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy became the quickest, easiest, and most effective method to change my inner dialogue.

My stress level is now below normal levels, not much puts me out of whack or sets me down a spiral. My short temper is gone and I don’t have any symptoms of Crohn’s disease. I learned to care for my Crohn’s using natural methods, without ever taking prescriptions medications, and my low stress level has kept it in check for the last five years. 

I learned how to change my thoughts and changed my life in the process.
